Helen O' Grady Summer Camp 2013 " CAMP AWESOME".

Summer is here again and the HOG Lagos island has packed a 4 weeks long summer camp programme that will features drama, dance, music, Arts and other creative form of arts. the programme has been packed into such a way that its fun and educational all the way.
We will be having Musical stage play weekly, Arts exhibition by the children, field trips, fun day outing and many more. this promises to be a memorable experience.

Children's day with Misan and the gang

the 2013 children day celebration was awesome as the Helen O' Grady Drama Academy Lagos Island superstar rock the entire day on air at COOL FM.
Misan and the gang took over the COOLFM Midday oasis show(children's day edition) co hosting alongside Dotun and temilistic temi from 10am to 2pm....see them taking caller song request and interacting with them. wow!!!!!
After that, they head out to COLD STONE where they had a live interview with famous celebrities and had a loving Ice-cream time with the COOL FM presenters and crew, the MD of COLD STONE, and their favorite celebrities.
In all it was fun and educational experience for all

As we approach the production term, there was need for us to re-equip ourselves with the skills on how to direct our class or school term 3 production and it was a fun and exciting experience for all especially for our new teachers to meet Ms Marianne and learning from her.

In HOG, Lagos island, we encourage kids to have a practical experience of what they are learning so we occasionally have field trips to centers that will boost and motivate the creativity in our kids..
 This Easter, we took a trip to COOL FM Radio station and it was a fun experience

TOURISM AT LPS(Lagos preparatory school)

At LPS(Lagos preparatory school) last week, the children through the help of their instructor, were able to live the lives of tourists moving to the big city via the use of the VERBAL DYNAMICS Exercise. 

The kids were so awesome in their character interpretation as tourist, police officer, then back to being tourist and then switching to either being a parent or a child

In all, it was fun for both the children and the class instructor
